Wig Outlet Sale Rules
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before shopping:

  1. Try On Limit: 2 Wigs at a Time
    Please do not take more than two wigs to try on at once. This helps everyone get a fair chance and prevents hoarding.
     

  2. Cash Only
    At this time, we accept cash only for all purchases. Please plan accordingly.
     

  3. No Large Bags
    For security purposes, only small bags or wallets are allowed in the sale venue. Please leave large purses, totes, or backpacks at home or in your car.
     

  4. Handle Wigs with Care
    These are high-value items. Please do not place wigs on the floor or treat them roughly. Handle each piece with care and respect.
     

  5. No Wigs Outside of the Sale Room
    Wigs may only be tried on inside the designated sale room. Trying on wigs in the hallway, bathroom, or other areas is not allowed.
     

  6. No Wigs in the Bathroom
    For hygiene and security reasons, wigs may not be brought into the bathroom under any circumstances.
     

  7. Be Kind and Courteous
    Please treat our staff and fellow shoppers with respect. We're here to help—and a little kindness goes a long way!
     

  8. Doors Close 30 Minutes Before the Sale Ends
    To give everyone time to finish shopping and check out in an orderly fashion, doors will close 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the sale. No new entries will be allowed after that time. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Refund Policy 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our outlet pricing and the delicate handling required for wigs, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We strongly encourage you to take your time when trying on wigs and to inspect them carefully before making a purchase. Our staff is available to assist and answer any questions you may have to help ensure you’re confident in your choice.
