2. Are your wigs new?
Yes! All of our wigs are brand new and come directly from the overstock inventory of top wig brands. They have never been worn or used.

3. Why don’t you disclose the brand names?
To offer these wigs at deeply discounted prices, we maintain confidentiality agreements with the wig brands. While we can't share brand names, rest assured that every wig is top quality — and carefully selected by our team.

4. What types of wigs do you sell?
We sell only 100% human hair wigs, available in a wide range of colors, textures, lengths, and cap constructions. Whether you're looking for sleek and straight, curly and voluminous, or natural wave, you’ll find it here. We have skin tops, lace tops, and band falls. These are raw, processed wigs that you can cut and customize yourself. We are also now offering our "Wig Outlet Complete" Wigs which are ready to wear, pre-cut and already filled in wigs. 6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the nature of our discounted inventory and pop-up structure, all sales are final. We recommend taking your time to try on and feel confident before making a purchase.
